My recruitment journey began in April 2013, driven by the thrill of closing deals and impacting the clients' and candidates' lives. Specialising in Asset and Wealth Management, I primarily work with banks, asset, and wealth managers, facilitating mid to senior-level appointments.

My role involves aiding clients in achieving their hiring objectives. Elevating experiences for clients, candidates, and consultants is paramount, ensuring our firm always presents its best face. I add substantial value to the market by providing diverse opportunities and options, earning clients' trust who often seek further assistance.

To maintain a best-in-class service, I continuously refine our processes, always considering the perspectives of clients, candidates, and consultants. The sense of camaraderie within the team keeps me entrenched in this industry, and my proudest moment was witnessing the majority of my team achieve promotions.
