My recruitment career started post-graduation from Durham University in 2022, attracted to the opportunity to be involved in a very people-oriented career following my psychology degree.

I started my recruitment career working for a year within the technology industry, focusing on the graduate market. After being a top performer for two quarters in a row, I decided to challenge myself and joined Eames Consulting in the actuarial team.

I support candidates at the mid-senior level candidates in the Catastrophe and Exposure Management market.

The satisfaction derived from fostering strong relationships with clients and candidates is what keeps me committed to recruitment.
