I work with both contract and permanent candidates and partner with insurance and reinsurance clients predominantly within the London Market specialty space.
I add value to my market because I make it my business to know what's going on in the domain itself, not just in terms of change and transformation. This allows me to provide advisory and market intel on the talent market and provide top-tier solutions and deliverables to business objectives.
Keeping in touch with my clients and candidates face-to-face is important to me. Getting to know what my candidates want from their next role, understanding my clients needs, company values and creating the right match allows me to provide a personal touch outside of just a transaction.
What does being an opportunity maker mean to you?
To me, being an opportunity maker is about ultimately being proactive. Not just focusing on the opportunities that exist in the market but also keeping in touch with people to ensure that you know what they're working on and foresee opportunities that could be arising, being one step ahead.
What is the most rewarding part of your job?
