The challenge

We assisted in transitioning their contractor recruitment strategy from contingent labour to a Statement of Work (SOW) model. This pivot aimed to de-risk their recruitment approach globally, mitigating the complexities and costs associated with IR35 regulations. The main challenge was ensuring access to top talent at reasonable rates while maintaining a reliable account team for project delivery.

We developed a project-specific SOW model, integrating pricing and resourcing strategies tailored to their needs. This approach provided a structured consulting model focusing on project milestones and deliverables rather than traditional time-and-materials contracts.
