Bailey Promoted to Consultant on Specialist Disciplines team in London

We’re thrilled to announce the promotion of Bailey Meades to Consultant within the Eames Consulting London team.

Bailey joined Eames just six months ago straight from university and has been an exceptional addition to the Specialist Disciplines division, supporting Sam Crayk on the claims desk within the insurance market. In her short time with us, Bailey has already made a significant impact, demonstrating outstanding work ethic, determination, and a natural talent for recruitment in the insurance sector.

Her achievements include making nine placements across eight clients in the insurance industry, building strong relationships with passive clients, and becoming the go-to claims contact for several key accounts. Bailey’s dedication and results have exceeded expectations, setting a high benchmark for success early in her career.
