Our client is an established international organization who is seeking for a Manager, IT Service Management & IT Resilience to cover their APAC region.
Job Responsibilities:
Monitors IT service performance to ensure it meets agreed standards and complies with regulations.
Contributes to the IT Service Management strategy.
Oversees the IT resilience framework, guiding system integration, and serving as the key point of contact for IT resilience and recovery in the APAC region.
Supports service management processes such as change, incident, configuration, and problem management, ensuring they comply with policies and regulations.
Gathers and analyzes data on business satisfaction and IT performance, addressing any deficiencies.
Prepares performance reports and KPI-based dashboards, suggesting ways to improve IT services.
Job Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of related working experience
Working experience in both ITSM and ITDR/ IT Resilience/ IT Business Continuity
Experience with ServiceNow
